Artificial Intelligence(AI) can greatly enhance our organization’s capabilities due to its various automation, copilots, plugins and other available options. Although it provides all these advantages, there are new ethical challenges we need to address in order to commit to ethical AI use.

Organization and individuals will ensure that AI systems/solutions that are designed, developed, deployed or operated on functions properly throughout its lifecycle, in accordance with their roles and applicable regulatory frameworks. This should be demonstratable through providing relevant documentations on key decisions throughout the AI system lifecycle and auditing.
AI systems should align with ethical, legal and technical norms. It should be explainable. Users and stakeholders should understand how AI decisions are made.
- Fairness
This is one of the core principles of AI ethics. Organization will use diverse and representative datasets during AI development and training. This will ensure removing disparity and promotion of equality.
