This course was a real eye opener. I learnt quite a bit and hope to apply what I learnt on both the professional and personal front.
Managing teams, be it IT or otherwise, is no easy task. There were several exercises where we discussed/worked as a team to address different hypothetical situations. It was interesting to observe that no matter the differing backgrounds and personalities(various sectors and companies) at the core, the problems seemed the same.
This one in particular ‘Maslow’s hierarchy of needs’ made total sense. I am sure we go back and forth between the levels of Physiological and Self-actualization, but it made sense as to how, once our basic needs are fulfilled, we keep moving up the hierarchy.
Wonderful course, this is something I can see myself referring back to frequently and continue to learn. Took the test as well! WOOT! ლ(╹◡╹ლ)
